Robert 1915 在正文之後安排十八課學習綱要。下表以原書順序翻譯；「1915 頁碼」保留第四版 Lesson Outlines 實際印出的頁碼形式，「§ cross-reference」則是本站為了連接已完成的 §1–§75 翻譯而建立的 normalized 對照，兩者不是同一層來源資料。
Robert 的設計不是要求把整本手冊背起來。I–IV 先建立最低限度的議事參與與查找能力，第 V 課專攻修正動議；後續課程可依實際需要調整、拆分或選修，但應持續做開書演練。
原書若印成 291, 292、39 and 178–180，本站不會改寫成連續區間。Lesson XVIII 最後只寫「Review Use of Tables on pages 5–10, and Index」；因此「複習索引」的原書頁碼欄標成 —，意思是原綱要未印頁碼。本站不把從目錄知道的 p. 313 反填成原綱要的印刷頁碼。
